We will have a consultation with you prior to starting your free 14-days trial to find out what program/s you would like to include for user testing. If the installation of the software is straightforward there is no additional cost required. Here are a few software examples: Adobe Reader, Google Chrome.

If you require a full installation and setup of certain programs that is more involved, then we suggest signing up for a "Proof Of Concept" (POC). Please contact us for more information regarding a POC trial.

You will be provided with 2 test users and remote access instructions to access the AVD trial VM. Both users will only have "Users" role on the VM.

Typically we can get you up and running within a couple of days depending on our workload and trial capacity.

Once an order has been put through with us, one of our technical specialist will reach out to you and run through our onboarding process. Depending on your requirements, the onboarding process can take around 1-2 weeks.

Yes you certainly can sign up with less than 10 users. Please scroll up and review the "AVD Add-Ons" table for more information.

Yes you can but we have a minimum of 10 user subscription per pricing plan. Please send us a message and one of our sales specialist will be able to run through your requirements with you.

Stream apps allows you to publish a specific app from your VM to a selected group of users. Users with the right access will only be able to open the stream app with no access to a full desktop.

We do stream apps and during the onboarding process we will determine which apps you would like to stream and we can work with you to have the required app published.

If an app is a bespoke 3rd party app and requires special setup, you will require your software vendor or IT team to perform the installation and configuration over a monitored remote session.

Note that any users given virtual desktop access will be able to view all apps within their user desktop profile.

Yes it is certainly possible however deployment of this nature will be project based and will not be applicable to our online AVD pricing plans which is a fully cloud Managed Solution.

We will need to evaluate your existing M365 and Azure environment before proposing a once off project deployment cost. All on-going Azure resource during/post deployment will be covered by the customer. We will also provide an optional monthly maintenance cost per user if you require us to manage the solution going forward.

Yes our standard once off setup cost is $399.00. It includes our at least 1 consultation session with you and the rest of the backend infrastructure setup.

Admin rights is not available for either the VM or Azure tenancy as this is a cloud managed solution.

The cloud VM is also a multi user session solution therefore any user with admin rights can potentially cause damage to the operating system.

If you have any power users (Typically someone from the internal IT team, Dev team or similar) who usually requires full admin rights to their desktop, we would recommend looking at the AVD personal desktop plan where each user will get a dedicated VM with admin rights provided.

Yes you certainly can. Any additional modules added will be pro-rated into your current billing cycle and from the next billing cycle onwards you will be charged the full amount.

There are no inbound traffic charges from the internet to your VMs. For example software programs that users might have downloaded to the VM.

For outbound traffic from your VM to the internet, the first 100GB per/month is free and thereafter for the next 10TB charged at $0.20 per GB.

To cancel a service, you can simply send us a message with the details of your service cancellation and our team will process it for you.

Note that we do require a 30 days cancellation notice for any active subscription.
