Your Microsoft 365 users will require at least a "Microsoft Teams Essentials with AAD" or any Microsoft 365 plan + the "Microsoft Teams Phone Standard" add-on license to enable PSTN functionality (Receive inbound calls / Make outbound calls) with our Teams calling plan. If you already have a Microsoft 365 E5/A5/G5 plan, then these plans will come included with the "Teams Phone Standard" add-on license. As an authorised Microsoft CSP partner we can provide you with the required licenses if needed. Please contact us if you have any further questions regarding your licensing requirements.

Yes we sell most of the popular brands including Yealink, poly, Jabra. Contact us and one of our sales specialist will determine the best options for you based on your requirements and budget.

Yes we can setup any number of auto attendant or call queue for our customers at an additional cost which will include a consultation workshop to determine the requirements prior to setting it up.

Once an order has been successfully placed with us, we will organise a suitable time with your primary contact to setup the required backend configuration. Note that a temporary Microsoft Global Admin user is required to be provided for us to setup the initial configuration.

Number porting can only be performed during business hours Monday to Friday.

Yes we provide installation and setup bundles with Yealink Teams room systems. We can also cater for installation with other brands for example Poly, Logitech, upon request.

Yes we currently provide "CC4Teams" contact centre solution which integrates seamlessly within the Teams client. Please reach out to us for a free consultation with one of our sales specialist if you are interested to know more about our Microsoft Teams certified contact centre solution.

Yes, GST is included in all of our Teams calling pricing plans above.

We hate for you to go and if there is anything we can do better please get in touch with us first. To cancel a service, you can simply send us a message with the details of your service cancellation and our team will process it for you. Note that we do require a 30 days cancellation notice for any active subscription.
