If you already have a Microsoft 365 E5/A5/G5 plan, then these plans will come included with the "Teams Phone Standard" add-on license.
As an authorised Microsoft CSP partner we can provide you with the required licenses if needed.

Yes we can setup any number of auto attendant or call queue for our customers at an additional cost which will include a consultation workshop to determine the requirements prior to setting it up.

Once an order has been successfully placed with us, we will organise a suitable time with your primary contact to setup the required backend configuration.
Note that a temporary Microsoft Global Admin user is required to be provided for us to setup the initial configuration.

Number porting can only be performed during business hours Monday to Friday.
